Spinal/Extremity Manipulation

Manipulation to the spine or extremity can provide pain relief, improved movement, and decrease muscle tone.

Dry Needling/Electro Dry Needling

Dry needling involves the use of monofilament sterile one-time-use a needle inserted into the skin to the target muscle, tendon, nerve, or joint. This can be done to treat all types of pain (chronic, nerve, soft tissue, joint, etc.) Electrical stimulation may be added to enhance or modulate the effects of dry needling treatment.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

Blood flow restriction (BFR) training is a growing treatment method that can be utilized in order to reduce muscle atrophy and increase muscle growth. Other benefits include reducing joint pain and muscle soreness. With the use of an FDA-approved blood flow restriction unit (Delphi unit), BFR training can be performed safely and to maximum effect.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

Tools may be utilized in order to reduce muscle restriction, improve tendon healing, and soft tissue pain.

Movement Screen and Corrective Exercise

Quality of movement is essential for strengthening, recovery, and improved performance. When movement is impaired, corrective exercises can be prescribed in order to restore natural movement patterns.

Body Tempering

Body tempering involves utilizing steel bars at various weights in order to provide sustained pressure to areas of discomfort.

Cupping

Cupping involves the use of plastic or glass cups with the suction devices in order to provide negative pressure to the area being treated. The effect being potential increased oxygen and subsequent reduction in pain and sensitivity to the area being treated.
